HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ORDER?
You can pay by credit or debit card: Visa, Maesto, Master Card or diners.
You can pay by cash on delivery (only orders within Croatia).
You can pay by bank transfer (transfer order or e-banking).
CAN I REQUEST AN R1 RECEIPT?
Of course you can! Just be sure to tell us that when filling out your order. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change the receipt type afterwards.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PRICE?
Delivery within Croatia:
free shipping for orders above 30 €.
for orders under 30 €, the shipping price is 4 €.
Delivery to other EU countries:
free shipping for orders above 40 €.
for orders under 40 € the delivery price is 6,60 €.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Upon placing your order, the package leaves out warehouse within 2 working days (on Saturdays, Sundays and non-working days, our associates enjoy their much-deserved rest).
Orders within Croatia: after dispatch from our warehouse, you can expect it on your doorstep within 5 working days.
Orders within other EU countries: after dispatch from our warehouse, you can expect it on your doorstep within 5 to 8 working days.
