There's no big of philosophy behind making it. Pour the essential oils into a glass bottle with almond or argan oil, close tightly and shake well. There you have it – your energizing oil is ready. Apply it several times a day on your arms, legs, chest or back. If you’re also having a headache, massage it on your temples, forehead and back of the neck – just make sure that it doesn’t come into contact with your eyes.

The combination of these three essential oils in cold-pressed carrier oils is very versatile. In addition to the listed properties related to fatigue, this mixture will nourish your skin (almond oil is rich in vitamins) and provide you with relief when you apply it to painful areas on the body (peppermint will take care of that mostly). It will also serve as a booster for your immune system.
